David Garson is the Managing Partner of Garson Immigration Law and has been practicing immigration law for over 28 years. He has been certified as an immigration law specialist by the Law Society of Ontario. David has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada® and is ranked as a “consistently recommended” immigration lawyer by Lexpert®.

As an advisor on cross-border business issues, David’s client roster includes senior executives, individuals, institutions, and large multinational organizations. He also acts for major IT companies involved in semiconductor design innovation, enterprise content management, software development, and IT finance solutions.

David frequently acts as a moderator, presenter, and speaker on immigration law-related panels. He has been a Chair of the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario, Immigration and Citizenship Section), the Canada Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Young Lawyers Division (Canadian Bar Association).
